TECNOLOGIA MILITAR was founded in 1978. It is the worlds leading international tri-service defence quarterly journal in the Spanish language. Regularly also articles in Portuguese language are published.
TECNOLOGIA MILITAR provides information on defence and security matters with a specific emphasis on the political, economic and operational conditions of Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula. The requirements of the armed forces of the almost 30 Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking countries of the world are growing in importance, both strategically and economically. The defence industries of the Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking countries are developing strongly and are achieving greater and greater independence from the other industrialised nations. TECNOLOGIA MILITAR is the only defence technology journal in Spanish of international reputation, significance and relevance. Every edition of TECNOLOGIA MILITAR will offer special editorials and sections of general and industrial news, with an emphasis on the Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries. It has a circulation per issue of more than 10,000 copies.
